I have a doctor’s appointment in just a few hours, which means I need to get up in about an hour to get all my morning ablutions done and make it to the OR. Yet here I am.

Incidentally, last night I fell asleep at the same time I need to get up today. I don’t think I’ve ever consumed a Monster at 4am before, but I believe that will change today.

Sorry if this post isn’t very articulate. I’m quite tired.
