Why does Putin even pretend Trump is making decisions?
Because Putin controls Trump by letting Trump think he’s in charge.
But why does Putin still waste time putting on a show? Isn’t there something more fun Putin could be doing? Trump is fully protected from losing power. At least 90% of the people who could stop Trump know what’s going on and support it. They are all benefitting, themselves. And are as vested in having a sham election in the future as Trump is.
