A hospital in the Israeli town of Beersheba has been hit as Iran fired a barrage of missiles, with the conflict between the two countries continuing into a seventh day.

Iran said the strike had targeted a military site close to the hospital, not the facility itself. Dozens of people were reported injured in several locations across Israel, including near Tel Aviv.

After visiting the Soroka Medical Centre on Thursday, Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz said Iran’s supreme leader “can no longer be allowed to exist”.

Meanwhile, Israel’s military said it had targeted Iran’s nuclear sites including the “inactive” Arak heavy water reactor and Natanz facility.

    Oh the irony.

While Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz told reporters: “Khamenei openly declares that he wants Israel destroyed - he personally gives the order to fire on hospitals.”

Whoever justifies this - shame on you. I feel sorry for every innocent soul going through this - Israeli, Palestinian or Iranian. We are all brothers and sisters. Eye for an eye will make the whole world blind.

How accurate are Iranian missiles compared to Israeli jets? Is this an issue of limited accuracy or intentional targeting?

I’m presently willing to give more benefit of the doubt to Iran regarding missiles fired from hundreds (thousands?) of miles away than I am to Israel who has a very strong track record of intentionally targeting civilians in undeniable ways (e.g. snipers shooting children). Past behavior is a fair reason to be biased.

Only a monster wants to see civilian deaths. Realistically, I don’t consider military deaths as “good” either; in modern combat it’s more about military structures and equipment.

Well, Israel and its allies provided a lot of statements that justify attacks on hospitals.

As the BBC reported, there is military and intelligence sites nearby, which is consistent with Irans claim of having targeted legitimate military targets. I guess the Israelis should be condemned here for using their hospitals as human shields, like they have accused their targets of, usually falsely.

I hope that as little Civilians as possible get hurt, however the attacking nation crying wolf about collateral damage, after butchering Civilians in the tens of thousands during the past years and well before that too, cannot help but raise an eyebrow. This comes especially as many people in the Israel civilian population have cheered on massacre against Civilians.
