America has something called the EnergyGuide, which looks like this.

You think that, but really he’s just the puppet and spokesperson for a large conservative movement that’s well funded, and been planning this for at least a decade.
With how much he well destroy in the next 3 plus years America well be so far from where they are right now. Anyone who thinks oh we only have to outlast Trump is delusional he is dismantling so many systems. I mean he hasn’t even been in for a year yet. Midterms won’t save you even if the Dems sweep the midterms they have shown to be weak cowards and well do nothing.
“Energy efficiency program” right. I’m not actually heartbroken about an agency that famously gave certification to nonexistent products going away. It was always just a marketing ploy anyway. Can we maybe focus on the actual damage the fascists are trying to do?
Maybe it’s not perfect and is prone to fraud, but it’s still better than zero efforts to improve energy efficiency and have an extremely wasteful product set from every manufacturer due to no oversight.
Maybe the answer is to try to fix the fraud holes instead of getting rid of it completely. I’d rather have something in place than let corporations dictate anything whom will of course step on any aspect of being efficient or long lasting in order to maximize profits.
