I think political posts here are fine for the most part, but I’ve been thinking if I should add a rule that political posts should be tagged “[POLITICAL]” for those who have filtering enabled for their feed so they can enjoy BBT without worry of seeing political memes

What do you fishes think?

    I’m ok with tagging.

However, how do you define what is political?

    • Is something political when it involves a public figure, like RFK jr?
    • How about a policy, like sending people to concentration camps?
    • Is war political?
    • Is a virus political?
    • Is being gay political?
    • Is it political when ultra wealthy people travel to a private island and rape children?
    • Is having any controversial opinion political?

Personally, I have a hard time keeping it straight. I can respect a request to tag a silly meme as political but how long till memes start getting reddit style taken down for things others claim is political for arbitrary reasons.
