Every missing person will always be found, every crime will always be solved, and identity theft/Impersonation will become a thing of the past.

    I just think it’s a very idealistic and unrealistic view of the likely outcomes. To use an extreme example: imagine applying the situation to a North Korea or Russia. Or the U.S., certainly. My point is that it would be the ultimate tool for stifling opposition and consolidating power, among many other things.

      True. I fear other countries chipping all of us, in our sleep one day: Citizens, politicians, military personnel, and whatnot. They could have a realtime map that charts everyone’s locations. That would be awful in the event of a war. 😟
