Sony is currently learning why Microsoft surrendered to Steam and merged their Xbox and PC platforms into one.

Steam isn’t a monopoly from shady business practices.

It’s a monopoly because we the people let it be. It’s the golden standard on pc and no other “game launcher” comes anywhere close to what steam offers. The only “launcher” that can even be compared to steam would be the GoG launcher. Sony can either get on board, or keep searching for paper thin excuses.
