Is 50$k rent a month, or buying the apartment?
if it’s rent, is this the standard in the U.K. I know currency numbers can mean different in different countries but i have never heard of apartments in 30s$k, highest being 25$K
It was definitely a bargain. My dad and I lived at my grandparents’ until now. This is my dad’s first personally owned place. He’s worked really hard to save money (he’s turning 33 in April, very young). Spent all of his savings on this apartment, and we quite literally don’t have any more money left besides his monthly salary, haha.
This is the rest of the apartment if you guys are wondering. The bare necessities.
What does this cost? That looks really workable.
It was 50k euros.
