Not who you were originally asking but Tilt-a-whirl is so much better than it has any right to be. It’s on my top five lists of songs containing the best belting out of “mother fucker.” My husband may eventually win his battle of getting me to like ICP.

Yesterday gas in my neighborhood was $3.49 and this morning it is now $3.79. I fully expect it to keep wildly jumping up daily until the public either starts burning stuff down or strikes.

I took a peek at their website because I haven’t donated to them since my hair started turning white. They say that they do now provide hairpieces free of charge but they are still selling discarded hair to keep up with costs.

For me personally it wasn’t the name calling that irked me. Trump is a crass piece of shit and honestly I expect nothing less from his behavior. What’s really irritating me is him and all the other Maga circus freaks aggressivly pointing their fingers in people’s faces. It’s such a small, “white man” form of micro aggression that aims to make the target feel inferior. And for some fucking reason it works psychologically because whenever I see one of them do it I immediately want to start throwing hands.

I really like the phrase “in my zone” much better than “resting bitch face.” Thanks Internet stranger.

These people think that because they’re white and Trump is white that Trump is talking to them and not about them.

This is fairly meaningful for Virginia. There are only a few blue islands (major cities) in the state and last night we saw Dems sweeping votes in very red traditional Republican areas. I was looking at the maps last night astounded. Virginia is an old time type of prude/conservative but the fact that we also hold a lot of federal jobs played into this sweep in my opinion. People here are very pissed off and the younger folks really turned out.

I finished Date Everything a few months ago and there were so many interactions in there that got genuine laughs out of me. The last time I laughed that hard at a game was the ending to Untitled Goose Game.

I’ve been wondering what they heck this was. I use a Logitech mouse at work and this popup is the bane of my existence. Our workstations are locked out for software downloads but I also can’t get rid of the damn popup.

This guy has always been a piece of shit. For at least a decade he was a talk show host for local AM radio after the laid back conservative host got run off. I had to quit listening all together to our local news. He’s a proud “ex-cop” who never misses a chance to make a situation about himself. I have no idea how he even got the support to run and I really wouldn’t be surprised if the majority of Republicans around here are embarrassed by him (Virginia is a special kind of prude after all).

I did too. As much as I hate MS, Xbox live is really our only way to play with our friends (who live all over the world because my husband is a night owl). I got Ultimate for giggles and it turned out my husband games so much it was a good deal. It’s definitely not at the new price. I personally have only used the console to play Minecraft over the last two years since I can’t get Bedrock on my steam deck without some major fuckery.

Jfc I just downgraded back to Premium. We were paying for Ultimate but never used it. What a great way to force users to look at their subbed to. It’s pretty fucking awful to pull this shit with no real announcement.

I swear I’ll never understand this mindset where young men think that 1) they’ll automatically be assigned a woman that meets their specifications and 2) that will magically solve all their problems. It’s such a juvenile way of looking at the world. It’s why some women can’t wait for sexbots so these chuds can be placated and leave us the fuck alone.

I never had any productive water-cooler conversations but I have had many eye-opening and productive smoke breaks with colleagues when that was a thing. The smoking area was the great equalizer that these companies are waxing nostalgic about.

Wow I never thought of that. If I ever buy a better deck I know what I’m doing with the old one.

No mention of advertising in streaming services now? That was a big factor in making me shut of my subscriptions. The price increases made me cut back but the ads have made me turn them off. I’m not paying to watch commercials.
