That’s reasonable, but not everyone has gender dysphoria. There are some people who are comfortable as they are but would be blissfully happy and euphoric as the opposite gender, without even knowing it.

It could mean that you’re a guy, but it could also mean you are a trans woman with lesbian attraction. There are trans women who still have and use their penis in sexual intercourse.
