You are definitely being downvoted here by men who realize that they’ve used females as a noun and don’t want to admit why that was wrong. I’m sure I will be downvoted too, so let’s be friends!

I’m sorry, but I this just isn’t true. Calling women females is definitely an incel thing (although admittedly has come more into mainstream (male) lexicon because of the algorithms).
Female/male is an adjective. Woman/man is a noun. A woman is female (not in a TERF way, lol), but she isn’t a female any more than she is a short.
While I’ve not done a deep dive into the origins, incels pushed the female thing it seems largely because they don’t see women as human and want to make them sound like they’re a different species. It might have even started off from incels calling women “the female species” because that’s a term I’ve definitely seen before in those communities.

I’m not sure he misses out on sexual relationships at all though. Strap ons are a thing, and can be very effective (ask a lesbian, or a trans man!) and there are LOTS of ways to have sex that don’t involve the traditional act people tend to reduce it down to.
Also, disabled people also have sex. The idea that they don’t is ableist AF.

Sure, but keto says it totally fine to eat a steak and a stick of butter and nothing else. That doesn’t seem sustainable.
Also I’ve never met anyone that does keto that allows any carbs. I’m glad that apparently that’s not the only way though.
To be clear, I do not care if all you eat is steaks and butter. Not my business. Just trying to offer insight into the down votes. I don’t think it’s the IF crew doing it. It’s probably people who are anti-keto.

This has pretty much always happened to me too! You are not alone!

I think it’s because keto is not super healthy long term. You need fiber, friend. You. Need. Fiber.
That being said I’m a big believer of you get to choose what you want to eat, so do what you want with your own body!

I’m in this boat too. Most of my online friends I only really get to talk to via discord. Not sure what I’m gonna do, because they won’t end up budging.

I love pineapple on pizza and I almost reflexively down voted this… I should probably look at that in myself.

Pretty sure it’s in P2025. At least the need to make it so employers don’t pay for it.
This is the perfect comment! Thank you for putting it so eloquently!

This is the correct comment. People are very quick to demonize food and food manufacturers, and I’m not saying they aren’t making money on stuff that could be bad for us, but my understanding is that a lot of food additives that people worry about have been proven safe at reasonable consumption levels.
We are not zebrafish! Usually, anyway. And no dose info? Suspect.
Water will kill you if you drink too much of it. Everything in moderation!
That’s enough Internet for me today, thanks!
Chevy S-10. I think a 1999? Around that anyway.
Still miss that little truck. The clutch had two positions - on and off. It was a pain to drive but once I learned on it I could drive anything.
I still drive stick today.

I think the real problem is that they’re both trying to do what’s best for their people, and they’re both crap at being the best for their people.
Hamas and the IDF both want the other side dead dead. No matter who wins, that’s a lot of dead folks. The path to a peaceful resolution has probably become some convoluted and overgrown I’m not sure possible to hack our way through. But truthfully, that takes both orgs being willing to take that path and I’m not sure that’s on the table anymore.
Israel is winning and we’ve all got blood on our hands, btw. But if we backed Hamas and they were winning we’d have the same blood on our hands.

Very technically there are two (at least down here in Dixie Alley). The two months with the most tornadoes are April and January.

I mean, anecdotally, I do know someone that bought a new build in mid 2008 for about 60k-ish less than what everyone else in the neighborhood bought for (earlier or later). The company building out the subdivision was pretty desperate and he had a solid stable job as a trucker. He managed to get all kinds of perks and stuff too.

Oh yes, thank you for the clarification

Ummm… Billionaires are people? Imma need a source on that.

I find this is also a great way to decide if you even need it. I have a tab on my phone for stuff to buy. It collects so much crap I eventually deleted because the desire was fleeting.
I keep a paper list of large ticket items that I actually need so I can save up for them over time. I spend a lot of that time while saving shopping for the best option. I saved a lot while furnishing my house by buying secondhand because I had weeks and weeks to shop around.
Everyone is caught up on Cancer and Wolf and I’m over here like… Burst and Rupture!!!
