The range of motion of the steering wheel is a bit over 180 degrees, with steering angle change ramping up the further you turn the wheel.

It’s genuinely fascinating technology actually, somewhat wasted on a vehicle as silly as the Cybertruck.

Cybertruck steering doesn’t work like other vehicles, it’s a steer by wire system, which is how the driver can go from lock to lock like that.

Note that the van was on hard packed sand that is below the high tide line, and the Cybertruck is on the soft stuff.
