Close, proceduraly generated so psuedo-randomly to ensure that no planets are exactly alike. If you spend enough time in game it does begin to feel a bit like more of the same. Within 24 hours of this update I had already found a few things I had never seen anything similar to in the game.

I fucking love No Man’s Sky. I play video games to relax. Most of the time I ignore objectives and find my own way around. I used to follow people and creatures around Skyrim. I had been playing a ton of Red Dead Redemption 2 just to go ride hourses and look at stuff. My friend Trudi had me play 20 minutes or so on her computer and I bought my copy that day. I have been playing it off and on for a few years now.

I don’t think there is an intellectual answer because it is not an intellectual desire. There is nothing cerebral about the process it feels more limbic. We like them because our bodies demand it. There is no rational reason, there is nothing to understand except our biology. You are not missing the point or not seeing what we see you just don’t have the same biological response.

My brother in law thinks cilantro is super gross, it’s so bad that he won’t go into certain Mexican food places because the smell is so appalling. Personally hardly notice it at all. I see his reactions and they align with the things I already know to be true about his situation but I just don’t feel the way he feels. I know how he person feels but I will never truly understand the sensations.

All that to say we just think they are nice.

I think I might be in the dark on this one. I just found out about OneNote last year and I can’t believe I ever passed a math class without it. I actually bought a Microsoft Surface primarily to have a better interface with OneNote. I have setup notebooks for health information, to plan travel, I even setup a notebook to keep track of my reading.

The port never had multi-player. The original game did. I would not call that removing the feature. I am glad I don’t have to wait for them to build it. I am really glad to be able to play the original. I have not had an Xbox 360 for some time now much less access to the disk I borrowed from my ex-brother in law.

For me that’s great news. I play video games to relax and I find nothing involving strangers relaxing.

I have had to buy replacement USB-C/3.5mm jacks. I have never seen USC-C headphones but it has to be cheaper than these adapters.

This idea is so poorly conceived. Imagine installing and maintaining something like this. How are those panels supposed to stay clean?The panels and the cover should both be built but they should not be the same thing. No current panels are engineered for this application so they would have to be custom made. Just getting the project to the point where the first panel could be installed would cost millions. We could get started now installing commercially available shade covers and ground mounted solar. Ground mounted solar is simple to clean, simple to maintain, and simple to replace.

I agree the idea looks like a great way to reclaim the space, reduce evaporation, and generate power I just think the money would be better spent on a plan the optimized for expenses and longevity instead of optimizing for novelty.

It would be cheaper and easier to maintain separate instaaleions of a lightweight cover for the aquaduct and solar panel installed on solid ground. You could use the same money to add square miles of panels.
