Illegal immigrants aren’t getting money and services through our usual welfare program, but nice try implying that’s what we’re claiming.

And yes, kick out the ones here illegally. Not sure where you’re getting camps from, just move them out. Then we need to redirect sources to Americans that need it and we need to make sure those are being spent properly and not disappearing into bureaucratic pockets.

Harris is far worse than Trump. Her record includes extending peoples prison sentences for cheap labor to fight fires. Jailing parents of truant kids. Laughing about smoking weed herself after imprisoning people for it. Most of the people she kept behind bars are black.

You know what trump did? He gave permanent funding to HBC colleges. His First Step act reversed Biden’s Crime Bill that targeted black people. He also created a way for criminals to rejoin society after they finish their sentencing.

Trying to combine immigrants in your first sentence is so disingenuous. Here’s what makes it clear:

Legal Immigrants are different than illegal immigrants. Of course your coworker is pissed off that he’s come here legally and is not getting rewarded for it. Whether the ones who come illegally are lazy or not doesn’t make a difference. They shouldn’t be given anything we currently give them. We have veterans dying in the streets getting nothing. Everyone should be mad about it.

Honestly? Kinda lonely. I’ll be 40 in a few months. I’m a woman, if the perspective matters .

I was engaged to the man I thought I’d marry and have kids with, but it didn’t turn out to be the case, and although I learned how to choose better and what to look out for, I also wonder if I’m ever going to get to have a family of my own. It’s been 6 years now since that fell apart, and I had to do a lot in that time to get back onto my feet, but the few relationships I’ve had since then are fleeting. Men seem afraid of commitment now, and it’s hard not to completely fall to the idea that I’m just too old, which is what society is consistently screaming at me.

I don’t feel old.

I am tired of searching though. At some point I will get to where I’m too old and that makes me sad to think about.

It is complete bullshit. The family already came out and said it was. The article says the other guy they spoke to who was in the room “didn’t hear it” as if he missed it somehow, but that guy came out and said they twisted his words, and trump said nothing like that at all, he didn’t miss anything.

It’s the same with Mark Kelly. Lots of his co-workers and those employed under him are coming out of the woodwork and claiming Mark Kelly is a big liar with a Napoleon complex, and he is. I hope they throw him in prison and he rots.

Wear those down votes with pride. The more I see how the news is twisted and willingly echoed here without providing context or followup, the more I can see how dumb most of those I used to side with are.

I don’t care what any data report says, and neither does anyone else. It means nothing if my grocery bill has doubled and I have to start worrying if I’m going to have enough to eat for the week.

Cycling on the road.

On the one hand, biking is great and they should be able to bike on any road! And we should be careful when driving near them, it’s super scary being so unprotected and so close to metal speed bombs hurling around them.

On the other hand, road bikers are fucking annoying, stay in your goddamn lane and stop slowing down traffic. I’m not reading your dumb hand signals, either!
