Well that’s much better
I did some googling and found this. Not sure if it’s the most common name for it or not, because I’ve never heard it:

They’re angry and sent me a DM suggesting I was either paid $7000 and/or am a nazi if I saw anything to do with politics in this meme. You be the judge.

I can read this as either: AI allows anyone to code their own stuff.
Or
AI is hogging all the million dollar ideas.

0·7 months agoJust did some digging, and it’s legit and from a 1994 book called “The Internet Guide for New Users” by Daniel P. Dern.
Mildly interesting side-note, I found someone’s blog about posting this image and book to a (now non-existent) fediverse server. https://doughnut.neocities.org/blag/15
I honestly have no idea where this originated, but it looks like it’s been everywhere, has t-shirts and posters, etc.

0·8 months agoI’m not a judge, but isn’t internet essentially a utility these days? Cutting someone off because of piracy seems like cutting off electricity or water because they did something illegal with it.
As is tradition, of course.
Thanks. I was on the fence about it, but I received so many reports that I figure enough people must consider it NSFW.
Would you mark it NSFW please?
But, what I’m curious about… how is this a “shoes on” occasion?
Work dress code.

Seriously, lol. Whenever you hear interviews by actors talking about their heavily costumed roles, they talk about it like it’s war trauma. I bet this dude was having a bad day.
Also, I always laugh when I see costumes that can’t bend at the neck and have to turn like this. Reminds me of Batman.

I’m seeing lots of reports on this for rule #2, and while I think this sort of commentary is obviously the basis of a lot of political bickering, I’m not sure if the framing in the meme itself is wholly political.
I might be way off base making a judgement call here, but I’m going to leave this one be.
