A hell of a lot of Ubisoft open-world slop released around and in the 2010s.

At the time of its release, it’s wow factor for me was simply some fucking color, compared to PS3 Skyrim which had released mere months earlier.

I love both games, but there’s something about Amalur that I think I love more that I can only think of as it being just medium, average, mediocre but not bad. It’s just something kinda fun. Comfortable.

Untold legends is incredible for a PSP game of that time. The strategy guide certainly helps though since navigating can be a pain. The PS3 Untold Legends was also fun and cheesy.

Also Black & White is a super underrated and forgotten series. Awesome pickups.

Unnecessary I.C.E. raids in California led to a protest that was unnecessarily escalated by police and then apparently the president deployed national guard troops there against the governors wishes. Which is abnormal for US procedures as governors tend to handle that. I have yet to see if the guard troops had any involvement before it got worse though.

Colors. House color options are stupid as shit. Especially if you’re selling. Car color options. Why is everything so boring? Where’s the teal and hot pink, and yellow with red stripes, amd rainbow, and glittery purple, and burnt orange and…

All houses are mostly beige-y white, or soft dark colors or something boring. All cars are black, white, or boring shades of blue, maybe red. No interesting shades. And then the inside of the car is like beige.

Meanwhile electronics, especially computer parts have too many fucking lights that are distracting as shit.

Kudos for a great argument. I completely agree that in some cases a cordless will suffice. But in general I feel they all are terrible and at some point become disappointing. Guess I just have a lot of need for something that eats carpet for breakfast.
