What are you guys talking about, what eyeball, what computer in a lens? This is supposed to be a new display technology for smart glasses or VR headsets.

I have an Index, no, it’s far from “obviously compatible”. Yes you can get it working, but with many tradeoffs, performance issues, crashes, many VR games not working anyway even if the headset does, missing features outside the core functionality. And getting even to that state of not so easy unless you are on the correct distro with correct display manager.

I wish you could do VR on Linux with an experience at least somewhat close to Windows. But that’s just not the case, so I need a Windows 10 VM to play VR.

It box says “Gaming Copilot is watching YouTube”, where “YouTube” is the name of the browser tab that was open when that screenshot was taken.

The dialog basically says “Gaming Copilot is watching [your currently opened app/tab]”.

The text being cut off is making it look funny, but sadly no, no one wrote that message.

And yet FUTO clearly attempt to keep up a false image of being the good guys, which doesn’t seem like openly being the bad guys.

By that logic the word “openly” is meaningless.

Do words mean anything anymore? That is an argument for them being fascists. But how are they “openly” fascist? Where is their statement, where they openly state “we are fascists”?

I’m not sure what your point is. There are many people that like AI but don’t like Copilot. So a statistic of people liking AI is not equivalent to a statistic of people liking Copilot. That’s like saying people love my baking because people like baking in general, even though I didn’t ask anyone about my baking in particular.

There is a vast difference between people using/liking AI and people using/liking Copilot.

Also suggesting a gaming distribution to someone that gave no indication plays video games at all…

The marketing is more for the submersible camera that survived, just like it was designed to do, the SD card was just inside the camera and no water even touched it. I don’t think the SD card should be getting any credit.

So what? Them driving is not relevant to this at all. The idea is that the cars they sell become illegal.

It could be a feature of web browsers. Images would get some icon indicating the valid signature, just like browsers already show the padlock icon indicating a valid certificate. So everybody would be seeing the verification.

But I don’t think it’s a good idea, for other reasons.

He’s actually super nice in person, only plays a character of an asshole for the show, when the camera is rolling.
