With the same system in place I don’t think changing the people involved will make a huge difference. We’ve got to dismantle the whole thing and start from scratch. And with a new system there will naturally be a different type of people interested and involved.

Or even from a brain back to itself. Doesn’t even have to be consumed by other brains for it to be art.

Sometimes I feel we should be writing these numbers out fully. That’s something worth $4,000,000,000,000 that’s not paying anything substantial to improve your life. If they paid $400M in taxes they’d still be worth about $4T.

As someone with ADHD inattentive… I miss there being an ADD. I’m not hyperactive. Now that I think of it, neither am I inattentive if it’s something I’m interested in. ADD felt like a better descriptor for me, personally.

And then I wonder how frequently humans misinterpret the mistranslated news.

John Oliver did a good bit on this with Edward Snowden. He advocated that the messaging should be “do you want the government to have access to your dick pics.” Surveyed people on the street that didn’t seem to care less about privacy but as soon as they started thinking about their dick pics being available to the government… the tone changed.
