There are methods to restore the picture from boomerification, although depending on the method and the intensity of boomerification, the picture may never be the same as it was before it occured.
This particular example seems savable, as the amount of boomerification is relatively low.
Where I live they did put up slightly warm tinted LED ones
walkability might also be a factor
