Okay Google-based LLM

I live in the Los Angeles area and there are flights between Hawthorne and Crescent City — I’ve been dying to go! I had no idea the ocean there was this impressive. Very beautiful photos, thanks for posting them!

I thought “bless your heart” was just a meme up until I went back to my Midwestern home state with my wife (from Mexico) and our two chihuahuas. In a tourist “town” she’d gone into a bakery and I waited for her with the dogs outside.
Another white family (I’m white) had walked up and started talking to me. They were pretty friendly up until I mentioned we were visiting from Los Angeles at which point they responded “bless your heart” in a heavy southern accent and immediately walked away. It was kind of jarring seeing that kind of behavior after years of living away from there.

So then when do we get to the part where people stop eating animals? It seems to have been an obvious “silver bullet” for at least decades, it seems all your baby steps and “forward progress” ideas would’ve kicked in by now had they been actual viable solutions to the problem.
I’m a programmer myself but my wife isn’t a programmer, that was my motivation for questioning.

And what happened to him/her?
Can programmers only be with other programmers or am I missing something?

Why not just stop eating animals?
I think it’s valid to call out this behavior as sick because frankly, it is. I’m not sure what makes you think it’s right to torture wildlife like this.
Why wouldn’t you just try other recipes? I wouldn’t want to go back to the garbage I ate as a meat eater anyway; there is so much variety out there that doesn’t depend on eating animals.
Well lucky for me they don’t use AWS so I haven’t seen an outage in 10+ years.
I haven’t used AWS in years. No IPv6 support in S3 in 2017 was the last straw for me. I have to deal with it at work (sometimes) and always laugh when they introduce “new” features like HTTPS records in Route53 like two years late.
Why do you say AWS, Azure and Google are the only options? I don’t use any of those greedy companies’ platforms.

Yes, I use Tailscale but WireGuard is another great option that’s simpler for more tech-savvy people.

Eating animals will stop all those other problems /s
Yeah, when I can’t access my bank account the first thing I do is “touch grass.” 🥴
Once per year? I had outages much more often than that on AWS.
