      (Ya. I wasn’t clear. Fixed.) I didn’t get the rules from this dumb article. I don’t quibble with anything the author wrote, but I sure don’t like their writing style. If you read the article, you’d know that, but don’t bother.

      Those are the rules your guts want you to follow. That’s what belongs in your diet.

          I’ve largely recovered from the american diet after colon probs, overweight, high bp, chloesterol, hypoglyicimic. I lost 50lbs under medical supervision, kept it off couple yrs now w good food. It can be done.

            Hell yeah good for you!

            I mean, I can’t eat gluten and I am very on top of that, but remembering to even eat in the first place is often a problem for me, even before I started adderall.

            I am healthy more or less but I rarely have the energy / dopamine to cook real food so, were it not for frozen meals and snacks I’d likely just wither away haha
