I prefer Unciv, open source, actively developed, active mod scene, free online multiplayer, linux+android support and cross platform saves with Syncthing autosync.

It’s the default graphics pack. Use the build-in mod downloader to use something you like. Or just avoid it due to your graphical preferences, whatever floats your goat.
