Technically, yes.
I had a suite-mate in college that basically had to do this with his neck. His facial hair just kept going all the way down his neck and connected to his thick chest hair. He just picked a line when shaving and stopped.
Needed to learn how to do a sick fade.

There was probably no gap from head to finger or toe.
