    Yeah, and foreign malign state-actors like China and Russia exploit this by supporting the far-right across Europe, attempting to undermine democracy by sowing division and anxiety in society.

        Yes I know you’re joking but it’s incredible the number of people who don’t get that Russia pivoted from authoritarian pseudo-communism to straight up fascism via oligarchic anarchy 30 years ago. The only kinda sorta commies left are in Central/South America
