- You are what you eat, not you eat what you are - There is very little difference, don’t you think? - Old version: 
  - Maybe in German. It comes across as so odd in English. - If we are what we eat, then I am vegetables. 
 If we eat what we are, then I am a cannibal.
 
 
- In German we have the same saying: „Du bist was du isst“, which sounds much nicer because it rhymes. - Und ihr wisst was es ist! 
 
- You are what you consume, is more apt today. Both physically and mentally. 
- Pork, beef, and chicken. Not one of them has ever held down a real job and you show me their W-2 or appropriate government form to prove otherwise. - Lazy ass future torture victims… at least some of the seafood know how to feed themselves.
