Microsoft seems to have a pretty hands off relationship with their studios. Though it might be more accurate to say they make the studios stay quiet about their interference, as I still have doubts that mojang voluntarily switched to Microsoft accounts.
There’s that cancelled Scalebound game, there was Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts ages ago, Sea of Thieves was pretty rough in its first months after release, pulling the plug on older Forza games. Not as bad as EA, that’s for sure, but they’re not a “good-ish” example either.
That’s just not true. I’m not a Microsoft fan by any means but I’m also not an idiot, many great games have been published by them.
Yeah idk why people think this. Halo didn’t do so great after Bungie but I can’t think of many examples of them ruining studios like with EA

I will say Microsoft voluntarily acknowledging the union at Activision Blizzard won a lot of points from me

Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts was great tho, I think the biggest problem there was just branding.
