    Don’t forget about the invasive species, like Russian Knapweed, toadflax, and that one that completely covers lakes.

        No, not algae. It’s a floating weed that chokes out most other plant life on lakes. I just can’t remember what it’s called.

          There are plenty of those, depending on the location. Is it one of the Elodea species maybe?
