Using Insular to isolate the few work apps I have on my phone. However I’d like to not receive notifications from these apps outside the 9-5 hours. Anyone know how to do this?

I’ve used Shelter which seems to have some overlap with Insular. In shelter I’d turn on work mode and I’d get all my work notifications but when it’s off I’d recieve no notifications from work apps.
Does insular have the ability to tie into work mode in anyways cause that’d be my first approach before trying shelter.
Ahhh ofc, can’t believe I didn’t think of this… This also solves my issue actually ☺️
Just seen that there is also a drop down menu to easily turn this on and off, perfect.
I just looked on the Google Play store and can’t find either of the apps you mention. Do you have a link?
