            Correct. There are websites like humble bundle that you can buy games from and they deliver the games as steam keys. Fanatical is another one that has lots of bundles.

            Check out isthereanydeal.com and scroll to the bottom to see all bundles from all sites. Also it’s a good site to compare game deals and all the different sites deliver the games as steam keys.
