I remember when it seemed like every other year he was taking another casino into bankruptcy. I remember continuously complaints where he stiffed employees and contractors, daring them to sue against his team of lawyers who would make it far more expensive than the money owed. I remember allegations of tax fraud over years and decades that somehow never got investigated.
