When Chrome came out it was fairly light on resource usage and speedy because of that. Firefox was a resource hog at this time. Chrome now is a show resource hog and Firefox is much peppier overall in my opinion.

I think he’s just asking for a properly documented Pull Request in order to process your thoughts.
I raise hogs, nice to meet you.
Check out Cobalt Core. Great game in that and vein.
While playing with a long extension cord
Ah man good times there. I just had classic wow running on my steam deck, hooked up to a custom server. So much fun and surprisingly playable and good since the deck has enough buttons to map everything to.
I’m glad I’m not the only one feeling this way.
I’ll have to look up how much an reddit ad costs like this and just make one for some Lemmy instances.
I don’t think you’re understanding networking. You’re not connecting directly to your car, your going through an immense network. The range of Lora is longer than cell phones, so in theory at least you should be more connected than you would be with black out spots on the cell network. The range is just how far your car and device have to be from a Lora gateway.
Haha, I’m an idiot who didn’t realize I was in memes when I read this.
Get this garbage out of here. This is a bs meme from years ago repurposed for the current generation, that is just that a meme. It’s not factual at all other than someone making a card board game system look a like.
That’s not what the TOS says at all. They reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to gog services and content. In this regard that means if you bought a game and for whatever reason do not have the offline installers you can no longer access them download them since your access is gone. It’s like you went to an all you can eat buffet and did something really stupid to get kicked out, the food you already consumed is still yours and you do not need to return it as the last scene in The Meaning of Life.
I self host one for my family’s usage. I setup quite a few bridges which was great. I found I actually enjoyed using Discord, since I have to use their awful app at all. But I quickly discovered a downside. Discord is very noisy, already known, but the sheer amount of memes getting posted in the various servers and channels, was solely responsible for an exorbitant amount of disk usage on the server I setup. You can set it up to not keep things for so long, but that was not desired for our family chats. So I ended up just disconnecting the bridge since it was either have that or have some retention policies in affect server wide. Just a word of system admin caution for anyone that decides to do this.
2 of the 3 babes here were born just this morning.
Is that a question?
I’ve personally not really used Nobara…But, I installed it into what is my kids gaming laptop. It’s an older Dell, Nvidia 2xxx GPU. And it’s been working great around the board, we have 9 kids, covering all and groups, who end up using this and other laptops, but I’ve had no complaints and issues brought to me at all yet, close to a year into this on that laptop. So from that perspective I’d recommend it.
No it was clearly an official duty as defined circa 2024
