4·11 months agoThey did a good job covering that in The Last of Us (season one, episode…4 or 5?): 20ish years post-apocalypse, someone very prepared has kept battery cells in a refrigerator (in acid maybe?) and they have to rebuild the battery before they can use the car, but the battery works.

16·1 year agoYeah, we really fucked up making individual wealth so powerful. A healthy society needs at least a balance of collective wealth and individual wealth, and we went way too far. And now they’re trying to dismantle the last major structures of collective wealth we haven’t already ruined.
Yeah, she still seems like a terrible person but probably the least terrible of this whole crew. Certainly less terrible than SBF.
