Genuine question: why is this something so many people latch onto? He has done and is doing actually horrible things. Who cares if he needs adult diapers? He’s old, a lot of old people need them, along with other people with other issues.

I think mostly because Trump would care, as would a lot of his followers. That makes it an effective attack, even if it shouldn’t be.
