Not just Mexican food…

You go to the back of any local restaurant, regardless of cuisine, and chances are, there is a Mexican cooking the food.

This is where gentrification and appropriation come in. A burrito has already been branded a “wrap”. A taco is one racist ruling away from being a hotdog.

Was there any reason given? I mean, I know I didn’t get one when it happened, lol.
