And the women are totally okay with it because they’ve been conditioned since birth that when they become an adult the most important thing they can do is be a quiet little obedient baby factory for their husband.
How much do they need to teach, themselves, anyway? All the important stuff is taught at Sunday School. Take the kids to the zoo a couple of times a year. Boom, homeschooled. Not like anybody is checking.
Remember, good Christian women don’t go to college to get a good job. They go because they weren’t pregnant/married by 18. Without a good job, and with a perpetual series of babies, SAHM-ing is cheaper than daycare.
I thought about home schooling as well but I’d argue that it’s not free as the parents need to at least spent some time “teaching” the child?
