I’m quite certain these are completely separate times and places, how the hell has someone tried this more than once?

My house was on fire and i can into the kitchen, past the extinguisher, grabbed a pot, ran past the extinguisher again… and realized it was ridiculous so i just went outside.

People do funny things during a crisis.

I mean, we’re all taught for the whole life that the fire extinguishers and fire alarms are absolutely off limits. I’m pretty sure that during a fire I would still hesitate to break the glass and press the fire alarm button.

I felt this way until i was the one who purchased the fire extinguisher. Something was different knowing i was responsible for it, and i dont think id hesitate (i say now at 6 am while everyone else is asleep and i can think)

Carry one around with you all day, people will respect you for being prepared and you always know you’re allowed to use it if there’s a need.
