The Seven Fundamental Tenets of the Satanic Temple
One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason.
The struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions.
One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.
The freedoms of others should be respected, including the freedom to offend. To willfully and unjustly encroach upon the freedoms of another is to forgo one’s own.
Beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one’s beliefs.
People are fallible. If one makes a mistake, one should do one’s best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused.
Every tenet is a guiding principle designed to inspire nobility in action and thought. The spirit of compassion, wisdom, and justice should always prevail over the written or spoken word.
Isn’t satanic temple not actually satanic tho? It began as a joke and actual opposition to church’s cruelty, no?
But also, actual Satan also would be anti-fascist, at the very least because he isn’t exactly ruling hellp due to him wanting that job - it’s forced upon him by God and I am pretty sure he ain’t gonna be happy bout even more work xD
He rebelled tho because god made humans and told angels to serve them, which pissed him off. He took it up to management, management told him to suck it up, he told management to suck him off, and well, rebelling against your all-powerfull creator can have only one kind of ending… ^^’
But overall, Satan was - IIRC - shown as simply a champion of individualism. Care for yourself first above others etc. A really big lack of actual cruelty tho, that was old God’s domain.
The real Satan would be anti-fascist.

True, but I think it’s also based on literal readings of the bible.
It’s been a while since I read the bible but isn’t there something about him being cast out of heaven for rebelling against the kingdom of god?
At the minimum that would give him one of the three arrows.

This is all Milton, not the Bible.
“I’m not in the business of murdering innocent children. That’s God’s jurisdiction.”
- Lucifer, The Devil’s Carnival
Yeah I mean if my boss said that my new job was to be a slave to an AI that he created, I might rebel too.
But Trump isn’t Satan; he’s the Antichrist. There’s a difference (I think?).
With that first tenet, all of them should be vegan.
