If your government fights against a fascist government, that does not make you antifa.

Antifa is proudly a far-left movement started by communists to fight the Nazi’s directly, rather then centrist liberal take of ‘defending the system’.

It has since evolved from those roots into a broader leftwing movement, that is inherently anti-capitalist as part of it’s anti-fascism. And of which “tend to hold anti-authoritarian, anti-capitalist, and anti-state views”.

While the soldiers on the shores of Normandy may have also been fighting our enemy, they were not us.
