The current batch who ostensibly “want” these things are the same ones who didn’t DO these things when they had control of house and senate several times for the last several decades. I don’t know what to tell you, they are doing the same thing the GOP does with a different color background and a different color animal mascot.
Combine that with the israel-worshipping and cuck-wall kissing fealty to a genocidal regime, overt efforts by the mainstream dem leadership to squash actual progressive candidates like Mamdani, and the absolutely ATROCIOUS AND USELESS FUCKING RESPONSE TO DEATH SQUADS IN OUR CITIES, yeah I can’t get myself excited about these ancient fuckwads and liches hoarding their donor cash.
I will be voting for Dems, we don’t have an alternative that makes sense yet, but not the current ones. Every incumbent goes, every turd gets flushed.

That IS my argument, they’re shifting blame, they’re ignoring the people’s will, they’re not calling out hate, they’re making ZERO effort to appeal to people’s innate empathy for marginalized people. They could strike the GOP like a mighty hammer with the mandate that has grown in liberal America. They had 58 senate seats 16 years ago for 2 months. They had 53 seats over 13 years ago. They had 48 or less every year since.
