I have met multiple people who have said this, at first I thought it was like a common joke… Nope. They put in a 20€ bill and then put in another once the last one has run out. They don’t count in that the same money suddenly lasts for less time. But no, they have not been very frugal people in any other way either, so… And oh, they do reproduce.
