      Probably a lot of different possibilities, frankly.

      • Unhappy childhood, so there’s a sense of familiarity.
      • Reminds them of a child or childhood friend they lost.
      • Maybe they work with kids, and it reminds them of what the kids’ lives would be like without them and similar support systems.
      • Maybe it just moves them in the artistic sense.
      • etc…
