If you’re that worried about it just make it illegal for others to request your vote history from you for the purpose of employment, enrollment, enlistment, or any form of contract verbal or written aside from the singular exception of personal lives and romantic interests.
This is where some people will so cleverly suggest “oh simply make it illegal to fire them for that cause”… which will work about as well as every other worker protection that isn’t a union. They’ll build a case to fire you “for another reason”.
