The supreme court literally said that anything the president does is legal as long as it’s an offical act. He should have done whatever needed to be done. Regardless of the law. If people had problems with it we could have dealt with him after the fact and revised whatever laws needed to be revised. He’s old as shit anyway so had nothing to lose.
