I remember I was twenty-five and ate a medium pepperoni pizza at like 10 pm at night. I woke up around 1 am with the worst feeling in my chest. It was a horrible burning that would not go away and kept me up all night.
Yes, I discovered I had heart burn. Never had it up until this point and I have had it ever since. FUN!
i find that I have significantly less problems with heartburn when I remember to eat enough fiber. eating more veggies, pulses, wholegrain bread and fruit helps me a lot
do you have an intolerance or something? as long as you build up your intake of fibre relatively slowly eating more of it (both soluble and insoluble) should help you be more regular, unless you have some condition of course
No, my body is very used to eating lots of fiber, that’s not the issue. I just eat a ton of calories because I’m very physically active, so even when I pay attention to eating foods with little fiber I still get around 50 grams per day, at least when bulking.

Yeah but I’d rather shit a brick once or twice a day than have runny poop 5 times a day

Weird. Kind of the opposite for me. Had it constantly as a kid, like once since hitting thirty-and that was a while ago
