Trump barely got dinged in the ear, either by a bullet or teleprompter shrapnel. The tiniest head wounds bleed like hell. Take this conspiracy crap and jam it.

Especially on a someone in their late 70s who’s likely also on warfarin or low dose aspirin

That said, this isn’t a conspiracy, Trump is the one claiming he took a bullet in the ear.

I like how you call it “conspiracy crap” immediately after agreeing with what the conspiracy theorists are saying.

I’m guessing the conspiracy part is how they’re suggesting it was all faked, with a stage blood pack or whatever. Or that it was real, but that Trump paid for it so he could get reelected.

Maybe. I don’t think it’s super believable in either case (the Trump organization famously has terrible opsec, somebody would’ve talked by now). And more to the point, it doesn’t really matter. He’s probably done a half dozen worse things today that we wouldn’t need to hatch a conspiracy theory about.

He got shot. Or he didn’t. Whatever. He’s wreaking havoc now, and even if a conspiracy could be proven it wouldn’t change anyone’s mind.

Didn’t say Trump took a hit through the ear. Funny enough, people testing on pig ears got the exact result we see on the rightmost pic. “Nuh uh! His ear would have asploded!”, some said. Nah. Not if he was dinged.

Ever cut your ear shaving? (Us olds have to do that.) Bleeds like hell, wound gone in 2 days, tops. I’m learning to use an old-school safety razor. Diced hell out of my neck last week, blood dripping down my chest, 5 wounds, healed in 2 days, no trace. That’s all that happened here.

tl;dr: Tiny wounds above your collarbone bleed like hell, and because of the massive blood flow, they heal fast. Nothing to see here but a half-assed assassination attempt.

        A) Who says those photographers were Trump’s staff, a rando YouTuber? There will always photographers at a campaign event for a major contender.

        B) Those sorts of photographers always rush in for the shot. That sort of action is covered in the job description, if one is a serious photographer.

        C) See this obviously “fake” shot when Reagan’s photographers were ushered in. (I can do this all day with similar historical pics.)

Kid with a rifle gets on the roof because Trump is surrounded by idiot “yes” men, even in the USSS. Kid, who washed out of his high-school shooting team, pops a couple off, misses Trump because he turned his head at the last second, wounds a couple and kills one, gets sniped by snipers.

Does anyone honestly think Trump would pay a kid to shoot at him for a photo OP?! There’s no meat on this conspiracy theory bone.

A and B are both incorrect, you can clearly see the photographers being positioned by Trump staffers. They don’t need to be Trump staff.

Point C is the tricky one. That does not have clear evidence of conspiracy. It would have been simpler to not have a bystander and shooter killed. People have been convinced to carry out assassinations in the past. Throw in a sabotaged firearm. But yes, there is no evidence for it.

What do you think about the flag getting lowered into the shot?
